“The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and never overbearing. We arrived late for just one night, but the manager quickly arranged a Halong Bay trip with early pickup, and they let us store our luggage for free during the trip and even after we returned. Each time we came back, they offered refreshments. Breakfast was great, both buffet and à la carte, and the room was fresh and clean with a good shower. Having a laptop and iron in the room was a nice touch, and tea, water, and coffee were included. The location worked well, and they gave us a map with restaurant and taxi tips. Paid $85 for a night for three people but felt we got far more help over several days.”

“A gorgeous hotel in a local area, very close to the night market. The room was modern and stylish, with a double and single bed—we barely left. A hair dryer, lounge, and balcony were excellent additions. It’s in a very central spot, with staff providing five-star service. Extraordinarily good value for money.”

“Friendly staff, convenient to tourist attractions, and good value.”

“Great value, with a soundproof and practical room that came with rose petals, a nice bathroom, and balloons. The location is marvellous—close to restaurants, food stalls, bars, and shops in the Old Quarter.”

“Staff were excellent and very informative, and the travel desk at reception was useful for booking a return trip to the airport.”

“We loved Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa! The staff were incredibly helpful, our room was spacious and lovely, breakfast was great, and Wi-Fi was free. For instance, we asked for an adaptor but they didn't have ours; when we returned that night, they'd bought one for us. At $54 a night, our room was a steal. We paid $79 at Hanoi Elegance Diamond, which we felt was a comparable standard but with smaller rooms.”
